How can my American friend own an account with FBS?

I have successfully convinced my American friend into opening an account with FBS, but FBS said on the sign up page that they don't accept US citizens, how is it possible for her to set up an account with you? i am going to be the one to manage the account for her, but she has to be the only person who can deposit and withdraw from the account. what can we do?
