How to 100% protect from chargeback?

There is no 100% guarantee about this but if you upgrade your account to SECURED ACCOUNT (right side, middle of the screen in account overview page), you'll be 95% more secure. If issues occur, Ap will send you an e-mail asking to explain but they won't do a thing if you DO explain it correctly. Account upfrading is instant and free , THOUGH the sending and receiving money has bigger fees. Premium account - 2.5% + $0.25 per transaction / Secured - 3.9% + $0.59 per transaction. Good luck!
