In India 3G is still not started properly and they are about to start 4G. We are way behind. when everybody leave the technology then it arrives in india.

Yes.But soon we will have 4G networks.

In my country we still using 3.5G with max speed 3.6mbps, eventhough some HDSPA modem already support 7.2mbps but our cellfone providers only support upto 3.6mbps.
I hope those providers support 7mbps bfore 4G going worldwide ^_^
a 4G should gives at least a stable 10mbps minimum

Ya, in the USA, we're still light years from 4G. Sprint has what they call WiMax, which is an equal to the 3.5G technology. The real LTE that Verizon has committed to are a very long way off, for sure. 3G still isn't on all carriers in all places....

LOL what is 3.7G ? i never heard of it before, are you talking about HSDPA or HSUPA? what the max bandwith of this 3.7G?

It's not necessarily, because 3G and 4G/LTE are using a different technology, usually provider will need to build new towers when they are changing technology (if the towers they already have are not efficient for the new technology), and building new towers will cost money, and the government might not like to see too many towers built in cities it will be hard to get the permission.

As i searched on google 4G is still on development and very soon will be released. Hope it will also available in our area
