Does anybody know how I can use Payoneer card (besides reviewme)? Are there any programs to withdraw funds out of Internet with this card?

there are many sites where in you can use your payoneer card to withdraw funds.. Bux.to, Scriptlance.com, Friendfinder.com to name a few. You can use your Payoneer card too in withdrawing paypal funds as long as you linked it to your paypal account. By the way, if you happen to link your payoneer card to paypal, you need to put at least $2 funds into that card using Western Union.

just put the credit card number of payoneer card..but be sure you have funded the card of at least $2 for paypal verification process.

Sorry, but you can only use the payoneer card to withdraw from paypal if they have given you the beta virtual account. The normal card is just a card. If you try and add it as a bank account on paypal, they will limit your account.

The beta virtual account is being tested by payoneer, and was given to some selected card holders.

I think so. I linked it to my Ukrainian PayPal, so, I guess your Belgian is even better.

mmm..... after adding the card to paypal, how do you withdraw?

If you ask me getting a total solution is the best. That is an account and card that allows you to verify and withdraw from paypal.
