I've just opened an account - I'd rather go on recommendations as who to use/or how to put cash into my account.

Just do your dd (use google: {sitename} scam) on the exchanger site before sending any money to be on the safe side.

But I need to clarify.Can I pay with Credit Card? And Is it possible to add fund as low as $10? And Do they ask for big amount of money to exchange?

They are very few Credit Card exchanger for Liberty Reserve, and for all you will need a minimum history transaction before using credit or debit card.

No Pal! I tried lots of sites.But none of them accept credit or debit cards.

You can buy LR from EMF admin by bank wire transfer, but minimum is $100

Yes this a very good option or you can :

1. Open a Solid Trust Pay account : They accept credit and debit card but you will have to pass by a very very strict registration process (phone verification, scan of your card, passport etc...), one week at less. Then

2. You open a EvoWallet account, It is a very good and fast processor, and at the end :

3. You exchange your STP to EvoWallet : you can find good exchanger here in EMF

If you are a scammer please just forget, today verification are very strict, and STP is very good in that (they are Canadian), you account can be lock and the card reported as stole to Visa.

Because it's against PP ToS to exchange, if someone report that you're exchanging both PP accounts involved in the exchange could get frozen/limited

paypal risk is not just 24 hour.. can be dispute in 45 days

the best way to fund LR is to look for a good exchanger you can think of with whom you can send cash and your account will be funded or you look for someone who will be willing to sell for you.

It is not profitable if you exchange small amount of money through e-currency exchangers. I recommend whenever you exchange or deposit money at any e-currency account, exchange at least $100 otherwise you will be losing money for exchanging. You better use the exchangers recommended by the LR website. Some of the exchangers are scams, remember that.
