on 27th june i have contact him for my paypal account limited withdrawl
he told me he give the money in 3-4 days
same day he give me bank account for withdrawl
on 28th june withdrawl completed

on 2nd july he told me that bank has denied the withdrawl because of name different and he told me i will get the refund soon

7 days passed but no refund in paypal

and for 2 days i have contact with him and ask him but he is not replying at all

so may be he is the scammer and want to steal money

after not responding i need to put this case on EMF team

i m ready to give all proof

I confirm that I withdraw money for this guy, but the next day my bank blocked for some unknown reason.
We calling in bank, support ask me refund take 8-12 days.
Please don't worry, and don't need open scam report.
