I am selling Visa/Mastercard debit card with bank account attached. I don't need your social or dob, just need a name and address. If you live in the us you get the stuff to your address in 5 to 7 days max but i have seen faster. Overseas takes a little bit longer so be patient but its only days still. You can reload it with Alertpay, PayPal, or bank transfers. Pretty much a regular account! There are two bank choices. You can choose between

• Chase
• Bank Of America

This is not illegal, I am a authorised reseller of these.

I am known around EMF so I am kind of trusted.
The cost of this is $120 and we will discuss in chat what i accept. )depending on the country you live in)

I am dealing with US Bank account/debit card for Non US residents from Last 10 years.As far as I know,BoA or chase need SSN/Tax ID and ID proof to Open and activate debit card/Bank account and even for prepaid debit card.The OP may be probably referring to prepaid gift cards
I heard some scammers are confusing buyers saying that they are offering them Second chance accounts .Even that is not true because both BOA and chase does not offer such accounts.Even they offer it ,they still require ID and SSN/Tax ID .us BANK ACCOUNTS/Debit cards can not be simply opened with random names over phone !

there are dozens of prepaid cards out there which requier (SSN-DOB-full legal name) & doesn't matter over the phone or online they are soled theses days for cheap prices including shipping .but some buyers get scammed and some get a card for use as permenant.So don't get scammed for just a cheap price from non experianced users.
