Dear, check only high feedback and oldies person.. You will never get scammed ... otherwise you wont exchange untill you not do first. but only first check his profile, his join date, feedback replies on his / her thread and check his feedback score. then you can send him first which is eligible on your trade rate ... but dont send Newbie or have 10 feedback. some scammer also get 10 ++ feedback score by making multi IDs.

We can not be sure that you aren't one of those persons just created a new account,when you don't want to try even with 10$ transaction with member over 1 year registered here,than....it stinks bro,nothing personal,just a suggestion...
