Hi to all EMPs we started to excahange Moneypak -Libertyreserve-webmoney in the following directions:

Rates:
1-Moneypack ---> Liberty resereve 10% fee
2-Moneypack---> Webmoney 10% fee
3-Libert reserve---> Moneypack 2% fee
4-Webmoney--->Moneypack 2% fee

Moneypack Terms:
1- Min 50$ & Max 500$ accepted.
2- You provide Moneypack number first .(sending clear scan of the card to us preferred)
3- We'll transfer Liberty reserve to you upon seccesfull code verifcation.
4- We may hold liberty reserve payment in certain conditions.

scammers & rippers don't ask fo send first & don't try to break my rulls which I droped all at first post. I will surlly not be starter for anonymous members. If you'er planning to do via middleman ,there will no worries . but you have to pay all plus fees cause I lowered fees enought.

3-Liberty resereve-Perfect money-Webmoney---> Moneypack 5% fee


Terms:
1-Min 100$ & Max 3000$ accepted.
2-You'll send Moneypack details first to us (clear scan of the card)
3-For not present Moneypack cards exchange will complete within 2-3 days hold.
