For several of my websites google has stopped spidering the links pages. The pages are updated pretty offen with new links.

I suspect the reason for this is linking to banned sites.

As a result i am cleaning off the links pages.

Thing is ive had this kind of issue before and found it very very difficult to get google to go back there again.

Anyone got any good experiance of how best to solve this issue ?
