hello guys.i heard that alertpay has also become very powerfull in case of chargebacks like paypal.is that real?in PP we can easily get our money back by opening a dispute but in AP we cant.so does AP also changed their way of refunding money????

yes, they are very strict now when it comes to chargebacks and disputes. Lot of scammers destroy their name like in PTC sites, other alertpay holders etc. But its good that they are competetive when it comes to security:)

ok so can AP chargeback even if the money is trasferred from merchants account to any other account???????because i have few pending disputes.and moreover people here exchange a lot AP.if they chargeback on us.it will create a problems for us.what will AP do if the merchants accounts has got nill funds?

Alertpay is a lot stricter than Paypal.
You do get a higher chance of getting a refund if multiple people create a dispute towards the same merchant.
