I think that You can not sell, buy , or activate a google account, it is against google rules, and for all of people who could be interrested, it is impossible because each google account have to be are identified by physical address before cashout.

I may be wrong in the case of buying/selling a business website and his adsense profit, could anybody whith legal knowledge on the subject clarify this ?
